When you use sharing.wtf and filesharing.io, the term of use is valid only on these two sites. Membership and all perks related to the membership is valid and applies to sharing.wtf and filesharing.io. It's not applicable to any other sites or affiliate sites, unless stated. For premium members we only guarantee ad free experience at sharing.wtf.

All users must be of at least the age of 13, and agree to not use the sharing.wtf service for unauthorized purposes other than sharing music related content. sharing.wtf is intended for personal use, and any business use is strictly prohibited. Please study our Terms of Use carefully. Any violations will result in immediate deletion of account and external ban

Contents shared on sharing.wtf are user generated. We are not responsible for any damage done or caused by these content. All files uploaded on sharing.wtf are public (unless marked as private), and can be discovered and be displayed for others to view, sharing and download.

Terms of use

When accessing sharing.wtf, it means you agree with our terms and must abide to it at all times.

• All content downloaded from this service is for personal use and cannot be shared or reuploaded online
• Content cannot be monetized in a way that directly competes with our service.
• Each member must only have one account at a time. Multiple accounts will be deleted
• Account sharing is not allowed.
• User activities should not affect or degrade the quality of service for other members.
• We do not allow or support the use of jdownloader. As time of writing, the plugin is not working and we are not affliated to them/software maker
• We do not allow or support the use of file leeching services/link generator services by any third parties
• We do not allow the use of scripts or any automated third party services that crawls or auto download files from our servers.
• When using download manager, limit the concurrent download threads for each file to 1. Its faster.
• Adblockers is not allowed for free members and non registered users.
• The use of VPN or Proxy servers or any other services to circumvent download limits are not allowed by free and non registered users
• All uploads must be music/dj related. Strictly no malware or malicious content that can harm other users
• Payment using stolen cards or without authorization of card holder is not allowed

In event where violation has been found

1. Accounts will be banned without warning whenever users commit violations
2. If a violation occurs, we won\'t disclose the precise details of the offense.
3. Our decision is final and its not opon for debate or discussion.
4. Rest assured that, we take up to month to decide to ban a user or not. We go through all user activity since day 1.
5. In intances where user is premium members, refunds are not guaranteed. Its on a case by case basis. Do note that, we have every right not to refund you because your actions are negatively affecting our system/business.
   
   In event, if we do refund, our calculation will be based on beliow formula:
   Total paid - total months used so far (Cost for each month will be at our 19.90 pricing)
6. Refunds will take 15-30 days depending on your bank and intermediatry banks involved.

In event where, banned user wants to be unbanned. It is still possible but must be on an alternative $99/month payment plan. We will not mention this plan to you, if you're interested, bring it up to support

Other terms

- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service/subcription for any reason, without notice at any time.
- We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any partys intellectual property or these Terms of Use.

Copyright Information

sharing.wtf claims no intellectual property rights over the content uploaded by its' users.

sharing.wtf will review all copyright © infringement claims received and remove files found to have been upload or distributed in violation of any such laws. To make a valid claim you must provide sharing.wtf with the following information:

- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf;
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit sharing.wtf to locate the material;
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email;
